Our production is based upon the cGMP guidelines in a modern, state of the art, recently built plant. The factory is equipped with multipurpose glass-lined and stainless steel vessels with capacities ranging from 250 to 8000 liters for an overall volume of about 120 m3. Obviously all the necessary ancillary equipments are available, including centrifuges operating in nitrogen atmosphere, thin film evaporators, etc.
Furthermore, the final production steps
like drying, grinding, blending are
performed in a separate unit.
The entire production facility is monitored
and coordinated by means of a computer
assisted system.
The factory is regularly inspected by
the Ministry of Health’s inspectorate
and local Health Authorities. |
